The Vineyard
Nestled into the sides of the santa cruz mountains at 1100 feet elevation, thom's vineyard is cooled by a marine layer at night and warmed by sunlight during the day.
This combination of opposites allows the grapes to ripen slowly and provides the elegance and structure in our wine.

After a long growing season this pinot noir was hand picked and patiently fermented in small batches in French Oak barrels for 12 months.
